When You Believe

There can be miracles, when you believe…

Many nights we prayed
With no proof anyone could hear
In our hearts a hope for a song
We barely understood

Now we are not afraid
Although we know there’s much to fear
We were moving mountains
Long before we knew we could, whoa, yes

There can be miracles
When you believe
Though hope is frail
Its hard to kill

Who knows what miracles
You can achieve
When you believe somehow you will
You will when you believe

In this time of fear
When prayer so often proves in vain

Hope seems like the summer bird
Too swiftly flown away
Yet now I’m standing here
My hearts so full, I can’t explain

Seeking faith and speakin’ words
I never thought I’d say
There can be miracles
When you believe (When you believe)

Though hope is frail
Its hard to kill (Mmm)
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve (You can achieve)

When you believe somehow you will
You will when you believe

They don’t always happen when you ask
And its easy to give in to your fears
But when you’re blinded by your pain
Can’t see the way, get through the rain

A small but still, resilient voice
Says hope is very near, oh (Oh)
There can be miracles (Miracles)
When you believe (Boy, when you believe, yeah) (Though hope is frail)

Though hope is frail (Its hard)
Its hard to kill (Hard to kill, oh, yeah)
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve (You can achieve, oh)

When you believe somehow you will (Somehow, somehow, somehow)
Somehow you will (I know, I know, know)
You will when you believe

Be Like Nature – 1

Be like Nature,
persevering and kind,
renewal and restart.

Give always more,
than you receive,
unconditionally and free.

Bend but not break,
when people trample on you,
stand up and grow.

Bear hunger and thirst,
being abandoned and lonely,
keep your harmony.

God is reflected
by your beauty.

Encouragement to persevere

As I Can See

But we feel that we must be continually thanking God for you, brothers whom
the Lord loves, because God chose you from the beginning to be saved by the
sanctifying Spirit and by faith in the truth. Through the Good News that we
brought he called you to this so that you should share the glory of our Lord Jesus
Christ. Stand firm, then, brothers, and keep the traditions that we taught you,
whether by word of mouth or by letter. May our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and
God our Father who has given us his love and, through his grace, such inexhaustible
comfort and such sure hope, comfort you and strengthen you in everything
good that you do or say.
Finally, brothers, pray for us; pray that the Lord’s message may spread
quickly and be received with honor as it was among you; and pray that we
may be…

The dangers of the last days

As I Can See

You may be quite sure that in the last days there are going to be
some difficult times. People will be self-centered and grasping; boastful,
arrogant and rude; disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, irreligious; heartless
and unappeasable; they will be slanderers, profligates, savages and enemies of
everything that is good; they will be treacherous and reckless and demented
by pride, preferring their own pleasure to God. They will keep up the outward
appearance of religion but will have rejected the inner power of it. Have nothing
to do with people like that.
Of the same kind, too, are those men who insinuate themselves into families
in order to get influence over silly women who are obsessed with their sins and
follow one craze after another in the attempt to educate themselves, but can
never come to knowledge of the truth. Men like this defy the truth just as
Jannes and…

Have I Been

As I Can See

Have I been lonely,
have I been brave,
have I been tortured,
have I been lame

Have I been bright,
and doomed again,
Have I been right
and wronged, again,

Have I struggled
through many nights,
Have I been betrayed
like kings of days and nights?

Have I been deaf
for desperate cries
Have I been immune
for the unspeakable with the times?

Have I been lost
and been somewhere
abandoned, outcast,
no-one cared?

I proved my existence
with love through all of these
perseverance
and forgiven grief.

Have I been here
for you and for them
Have I been there
as a pathfinder

I might have been wrong
choosing this life
Yet I can see
where there is no light

should have come

Asked

As I Can See

I am often asked why I’m so different or bigot or just simply, why I do not lead a life like any other.

For a long while, I always started to explain, reason, give insights to share my understanding, being always polite, listening and only later respond. However, all these ended up with the unpleasant feeling of not being heard, listened, cared. It took time I realized, most of the conversations were one-sided, nobody was really curious about my response. As I grew, I learned and experienced: for everything a mutual give and receive pattern is necessary…

I am firm in my faith. To be blunt, I do not believe. I know.

I was called by God, in several ways, although, in the midst of the spiritual growing plenty of times I missed the guidance, skipped the boat of fortune and was stubborn in selfishly vain. Whenever I was asked…

The Importance of Prayer

As I Can See

You know your limits and weaknesses don’t you? That is why you need prayer. Where can you get the necessary help and guidance? Is there anyone to turn to? The most important thing in prayer is the attitude of the person who is praying. The most essential thing is your promise and commitment to God that says, “I will go toward this destiny without reservation.” If anything wants to block you – even a hurricane or tornado is coming at you – you must go forward. Once you gain such grit saying, “I am ready for anything! Let it come at me anytime,” then nothing will stop you. That is the decisive promise and attitude. Unless you have that absolute pledge and commitment first, God will not be able to help you. This pledge is the beginning of your prayer.

God does not want to waste His time either. Can…

The Hope Which Can Win Over Death

As I Can See

A person entertains all kinds of hope in his life. However, he runs into death in the end and passes away, having abandoned all the hopes he had fostered. Although he wanders about seeking a new hope, wishing to live today and tomorrow, when he runs into death, he goes the last path in despair. We know this very well.

A person does not have a hope with which he can go over the hill of death, even though he seems to have hope centering on himself. He fades away without such a hope. There are questions then to be considered. Are we to take this for the norm of life? Are we to seek out a hope with which we can go beyond death, scoffing at it and even delighting in it? These are the important questions people living on this earth today must consider.

Everything in the world…

The Reason Jesus Could Overcome All Trials and Death

As I Can See

Jesus is a man who lived having given up all the earthly hopes people normally cherish from the time of his youth. We must know that Jesus lived from early on with a hope for which he could forsake his family, his environment, his religious denomination, and even his nation. He had a firm belief and hope in Heaven that no one could change. The hope that he cherished in his young mind was an immutable, thorough-going one with which he could withstand whatever difficulties he might encounter. Therefore, we must remember once again that Jesus ran the path he had to take with unflagging perseverance.

Jesus went to the temple in Jerusalem with his parents when he was twelve. His parents came back first, and Jesus remained there. When his parents came looking for him later, Jesus scolded them, saying, “How is it that you sought me? Did you…
