The Reason God Created Human Beings

God created Adam and Eve as the heroes who could govern all things of Heaven and Earth. God is the motive of love and the origin of love. He created Adam and Eve to invest all His love in them.

God did not create human beings to have them rule the entire universe. We have to understand that God created human beings to give them His love.

If God’s love is the power that motivates all things of the universe, why did God create and bless Adam and Eve? God created Adam and Eve as the people to whom He would give all the love which flows in Heaven and Earth. You have to understand that God created our ancestors centering on that love.

God, who established the ideals and created the universe, must have rejoiced when He thought about how the creation of the universe would reach a finale with the creation of Adam and Eve. Moreover, God must have been indescribably happy as He watched Adam and Eve grow up. He looked at Adam and Eve with incredible joy and happiness. Don’t you think this is how it was? That was Adam and Eve.

God wanted to love Adam and Eve to the extent that He forgot about His dignity as the Creator, He forgot about all His powers and His omnipresent existence. You have to understand, then, how it must have been for God to look at Adam and Eve after the Fall.

Although you are children born of Satan’s lineage, you still love infinitely. You know how to love your beloved without limits. If human beings had not fallen, and good children rather than evil children had multiplied on the Earth, then you could have looked at your children and felt the same intense feeling of love that God felt toward Adam and Eve after He created them.

Who will forgive the sinners?

Who will forgive the sinners
If I am unable to do so?

Who will teach my enemy
How to change for good?

Who will guide the haters
To manifest true love?

Who will change the rage
If I can’t let it go?

Who will bring the joy
To those who feel lost,
Who are hurt
Full of prickles,
Whose words are sharp blades,
Whose unrighteousness
Turns life to hell?

Who will forgive the sinners
If I am blind
Unable to see
There is no difference?

In the eye of God
We are all one

far from home

The eternal standard of good and evil is defined by God

The eternal standard of good and evil is defined by God. The sharp definition of good and evil existed at the time of His creation, long before evil ever came into being in the Garden of Eden. God’s view of good and evil will never change. God is eternal, His law is eternal, and His definition is eternal and unchanging despite the passage of time.

It is common to look upon human self-centeredness as the basis of evil. Let us examine this perception. All of our human traits originate in God. We recognize that there is some human tendency for selfishness. This is natural because at one time God Himself was self-centred. This fact may surprise you, but you must understand that before God created human beings and the universe, He was all alone, with no one to care for except Himself. However, the very instant that God initiated creation, His full concept of life emerged. God now lives for His counterpart – not for Himself.

God Wishes to Bond with You as Father and Child

We have been calling God only conceptually. We call God, considering Him as only a subject figure in a religion. However, the reality is vastly different. God is the subject of your life and in fact, the subject of your daily life as well as the subject of your ideal. No matter how vast and expansive the subject of your ideal may be, you must be able to experience God as the substantive reality and to analyse Him through your heart in your daily life. If someone realizes the value of this ideal that is connected to God and brags that this ideal can never be exchanged for any valuables on earth, then they can be the one whom God has been seeking for.

The one thing that you should be grateful for is that God lets you call Him Father; and moreover, that God has been continuing to reach out to you, to establish the bond of relationship by which you can attend Him. There is absolutely no greater value than this. God wants to bring back all fallen human beings and to endow them with the greatest value. This means that God wants to restore human beings as sons and daughters, whom He loves so dearly. You must experience this God who visits you with such a heart. You should know this not just as a concept but feel deeply in your bones as a real experience.

You are destined to attend God who comes to you this way. Although you may attend some leaders on earth, they are not the leaders whom you will attend forever. Even though you may find a representative who advocates this idealism on earth, the representative is not one that you should attend forever. Then, who should you attend forever? That is the eternal and infinite Being, God. You must have this conviction. From the beginning to the end, you must live for and attend to God. You must reach this point.

However, in this world, some may be proud of being a son or a daughter of a head of state, while others are proud of being a son or daughter of the president of a well-known company. But, that is not important. That does not last. It disappears later. If there is any position that you can truly be proud of, it is the fact that the Creator who created all things with the ideal of goodness wants to call you His son or daughter and that you can call Him your Father. Is there any other position that is higher than this?

It is said, “God is love.” Surly, God is a God of love. Why do you say, “God is love”? It is because God promises to give the highest position to human beings and has been guiding them toward it. You may call Him, “Father.” But it may be a just word. You are ignorant of the real content of the word. You must learn the real meaning of the word deeply in your heart. You may be calling the Creator who created the universe, the True Father who is in Heaven, “Father.” However, the question is whether or not you have attended Him as True Father.

Honest reflection on yourself will tell you that you have not attended Him in the true sense. God cannot be satisfied if someone just calls out His name. You must clearly know God has visited you with the desire to see re-established the bond between Father and children – thus creating the centre of all substantial beings. Your salvation does not come just by saying a word but rather by becoming the embodiment of the word. The relationship with God is not just the name or word, but rather creating real bonds of relationship. If the relationship is imagined and name only, you cannot have the real relationship.

Love is the greatest of all because it brings equality to the lowest and highest

Love is the greatest of all because it brings equality to the lowest and highest. Equality and discrimination are much discussed topics today, but it is ridiculous to even talk about them without love. With love you could walk sideways, backwards or upside down and not mind. There is nowhere you cannot go if you have love and there is nothing that cannot be done with love. Would it be extremely noteworthy or insignificant if a person lived that way? Would you alone describe it as holy, or would people in the past feel that way as well? What about people in the future? I am the same in this. What about babies and children? God Himself? Now you know the answer because you know how love works.

Would you prefer to have sleep, money, knowledge or love? If you already have love would you just sit idle? Would you give it to us one person a day, or one hundred a day, or one hundred an hour? Isn’t love so precious that you have to economize and save it? No, with love you have to give as much as possible; otherwise, it will be wasted. You should do this even if you are tired, or so sick that you have to force yourself to keep going.

If you are really distributing love in the right way, do you get more and more tired? When you give love you want to give still more, and you can also see hope for gaining more and more by doing so. When a piston starts moving it gains momentum and goes up and down faster and faster. Where is such a love in this world? The Bible says that God gave His only begotten son, and whosoever believes in him will never perish but have everlasting life. The capacity to be everlasting could only come from love, from give and take which will give more power and continue without becoming exhausted. This is what that statement means.

Love is accompanied by endless power. Even though we live a life of sacrifice and difficulty and seem to be sinking lower and lower, the power of love is always lifting us up and eventually we will find ourselves in the highest Heaven. The more we work and the lower we go the higher it lifts us up, without tail. We can be elevated without limit because love goes round and round without end; if it went in only one direction then it would be finite, but love is the only power which enables us to go in all directions.

The only way for man, who is in the lowest position, to be elevated and join God, who is in the highest position, is through love. Love is what makes everything equal and what can elevate us. God does not look at anything without the glasses of love; He will never extend His hand without a glove of love, and when He appears it is in the clothing of love. This is why the whole universe will follow Him.

SMM Quotes – 204

In order to understand True Love, you have to know the parental love, the vertical love, first. After that you can learn true horizontal love. As a couple, you must experience the True Love of God on the Earth; then you are entitled to go to the Kingdom of Heaven in Heaven. Anyone who experiences true parental love, as well as true conjugal love centered upon God, is entitled to be with God. Then you can say, “I know the love of God.” – Reverend Sun Myung Moon

For what is man born?

As I Can See

For what is man born? It is for love. One receives parents’ love from the womb until marriageable age. And one meets his partner and falls in love. In the meantime, he comes to experience God’s love by having his own children. Through this course, you learn how to love God, as you love your children, partner and the other family members. And the course is the most basic step for man to go to the Kingdom of Heaven. A family has grandparents, parents, husband and wife, brothers and sisters. All human beings indicate an amplification of the components of a family. A family that can love another family is able to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. It’s a surprising fact. They can inherit all the God-given privileges and powers.

Heaven and Hell

What is the definition of Heaven and hell? Heaven is the place where you become joyful centering upon God, serving Him and dwelling with Him. Hell is where you are sad and empty centering upon Satan. The master of Heaven is God. What is He like? Does He welcome the man who brings money, knowledge or power with him? No, God is looking for something else. Those who are relying on those things will be like pebbles in the Kingdom of Heaven. God is looking for the joy of love, for someone whom He can love and who will bring Him something to be loved.

What is hell? Hell is the place where money and power are valued as ends in themselves and where you yourself become the powerful center. We want to give and receive love so that we can feel joy. Directly opposite to that way of life is hell, where people crush others in order to make themselves kings. Even though someone ends up in hell he doesn’t lose the original desire to receive love; that trait will remain even in hell. Even those in hell know what the true aspiration is, and because they cannot achieve it there, they live in agony and torture.

In heaven you yearn for love and you can fulfill it. You can receive God’s love and give love to God, over and over without limitation. That is Heaven. Heaven is really wonderful and good, so much so that even if you say thousands of times that it is good you can never truly express how good it is. In Heaven you can live intoxicated in love. When a wave of that love hits you, you are suddenly electrified. A dozing person wakes up and his vision, hearing and sense of smell are sharpened and he will be whispering of the beauty of love for thousands of years. The story of love will never end. Even though every organ of your body is fully active and functioning perfectly, still you feel you want more love. You can become a drunkard of love.

The love God is speaking about and trying to give is profound, infinite love. The love which is worthy of God is not cheap, Hollywood love. Is there any good love in today’s world?
